Let’s be honest — no one enjoys reading policies. But at The Little Things, we believe even logistical stuff can be told like a story, with a little softness and maybe a smile. Whether you're wondering when your package will arrive or how to handle a change of mind, this guide walks you through everything about shipping and returns — human to human.

🚚 Shipping & Delivery Policy

We pack every order with care, and a sprinkle of happiness. Once your order is placed, we aim to ship it within 2–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). You’ll receive a tracking number via email once your item is on the way.

Standard shipping usually takes 5–10 business days within the US. For international orders, delivery times vary depending on your location and customs processing.

Please note: 
- We currently ship via USPS and other trusted carriers. 
- Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your region. 
- We do not ship on weekends or public holidays (our little boxes need rest too!).

🔄 Return & Refund Policy

We get it — sometimes things don’t feel right. Maybe the color wasn’t what you expected, or the gift didn’t hit the mark. That’s okay.

You can request a return within 7 days of receiving your order. Just email us at TheLittleThings.ACC@gmail.com with your order number and a short note (we always appreciate hearing your thoughts).

If the item is defective, we’ll cover return shipping and offer you: 
1. A replacement (same item or similar from the same category), or 
2. A full refund + a 10% off promo code for your next order 

If it’s simply a change of mind, no worries — you're welcome to return it, as long as: 
- The item is unused and in its original condition 
- You cover the return shipping (we currently do not provide return labels) 
- We receive the return within a reasonable time frame (we recommend shipping it back within 3–5 days of your request)

Some items (like delicate pearls, wood, or flexible ring designs) aren’t eligible for return unless defective — not because we don’t want to, but because they’re fragile little works of art.
